Material Transfer Station (MTS)

WIMS doesn’t just deal with the disposal of waste - it keeps track of materials wherever they are within your organisation. Materials can be transfered between an arbitrary number of your depots and at all times it is very easy to follow and stay informed of any changes to the material.

To save you time WIMS allows for the creation of material transfer templates in the form of “Vehicle X taking Material Y between Depot A and Depot B”, which allow common transfers to be performed in seconds.

Should materials arrive at your depots that have a commercial value then these can be sold on to third parties. WIMS allows you to record sale of material on either a pre-ordered or ad-hoc basis. See Business Sector: Material Sales for more details.
