Time based charges are also levied by WIMS. Commonly, this can be asset based, such as the rental of a compactor. Monthly management fees are also frequently found. When the charge is based on an asset, WIMS is aware of the movements of that asset and can start and stop rental charges accordingly.

The manner in which rentals are charged is very flexible and allows for partial charging should a rental end mid-period.
