WIMS excels at handling the flow of materials efficiently and this is most important at busy weighbridges. Certain weighbridges that use WIMS process over 400 loads a day, with the average weighing taking seconds. A key component of WIMS success in this regard is that it remembers information about previous loads and makes accurate predictions of materials and weights on subsequent visits by the same vehicles.

Distinct areas within the WIMS weighbridge subsystem are dedicated to rounds, scheduled weighings, unscheduled weighings, the sale of materials and transfering materials between your outlets.

WIMS is also capable of keeping track of the types and quantity of materials you currently have on-site as these are brought in, transfered to different outlets, or sold on to customers.
