Fleet Management and Scheduling

If your company has their own fleet then WIMS can be used to manage and track your vehicles.

Fuel useage, mileage, tyre wear, service and MOT history can be tracked with WIMS providing notification when certain circumstances arise, such as when a vehicle's MOT is due. Historical information, such as which jobs a vehicle has been involved with in the past, is also readily available.

A comprehensive scheduling subsystem is included which allows you to assign certain vehicles and drivers to jobs and rounds. Consignment notes, round worksheets, and exception reports are automatically generated by the system for your drivers to take with them.

With WIMS Handheld, drivers can have the most up to date information from WIMS at all times and they can also keep WIMS informed of their current status.
