Customer and Order Management
This area of WIMS is typically used by customer services staff to create new customers, quotations and orders.
The customer's past activity is also found here helping your staff deal effectively with historical queries.
WIMS sees your customers as companies that hold one or more sites. Each of these sites inherit certain properties
of the holding company, making the creation and maintenance of individual sites quick and easy.
If you contract third parties to perform work for you, a comprehensive cost management subsystem
is included in WIMS that allows you to record and maintain costs you may incur while carrying out work of any type.
WIMS keeps you in full control of how customers are charged for work. Default prices can be defined for certain
tasks across all customers, and can then be customised for each customer, site and order as you need.
